In 1997 I arrived in Australia and stayed for
18 months
- to study tourism in Brisbane and Sydney
(Graduating with a Diploma of Tourism, Holmes Colleges,
Sydney),
- to get hands-on experience in the tourism
industry
(Thai Airways and LTU, Sydney),
- to experience the Aussie life-style
- to explore more areas of Australia.
By now, Australia had become
my second home.
After arriving back in Germany, I have worked
for Lufthansa in Munich and for Gomera Trekking Tours in Nuremberg.
However, I still could not get rid of the Aussie Virus
and continued to travel back Down Under to further
studies of tourism at James Cook University Sydney and the
University of Newcastle and of course, to continue exploring
this huge country.
In April 2001 the idea was born why not
set up a website and offer people an
Individual Around Australia
Travel Plan
with a difference!
This service is unique for two reasons:
- I combine my knowledge of the tourism industry
with my extensive travel experiences in Australia
and
- offer a more detailed personalised service
of individual travel advice, which is practised less
and less in travel agencies.
My goal is simple
***To help other people enjoy their Aussie experience
just as much as I have***
HAVE A GREAT TRIP DOWNUNDER & DONT FORGET YOUR
CAMERA!
I would also like to use this site to thank everyone who has
helped to complete this site and supported my vision for this
new business concept.
